Dennis was one of the kindest, most humble, and truly genuine persons I have ever known. He was a man of impeccable character and integrity. He was a wonderful coworker and friend. He was a true masonry artist. He touched the lives of many students through his teaching at West High. He loved his wonderful family. He was a man of faith and lived for Jesus. I am blessed and honored to have known him.

Praying for the Griffen Family

I am so sorry for your loss. Dennis was a great and a kind man. He was a good friend to my family, and he loved his family. My prayers are with y’all.

Dennis was a wonderful man! He loved, he gave, he blessed everyone he came in contact with. Thank you, Susan and family, for sharing Dennis with us. He was a blessing to our family.

I visited Dennis, Susan, Andrew and Laura with Mandy. Before I left he told me to give him a penny. So I did. He gave me my first pocket knife. Told me he could not “give” it to me and that I had to buy it. He said if I ever cut myself and he had given it to me, it could cut our friendship. ❤ So thoughtful and loving.
