Not sure what to say?

We lived for our Dell Rapids kids. Those kids got us introduced to some fine parents/people. Denny was one of those.

So sorry to hear this. Dennis and I taught in Dell rapids. We car pooled together from Madison for 5 years. Thoughts and prayers and I hope your memories help ease your pain during this difficult time.

So sorry to hear of Dennis' passing. He was my German teacher at Dell Rapids. I loved his class. May God wrap his loving arms around you and give you comfort.

I will forever miss my “Uncle Lushwell”. Denny was one of the funniest and kindest men I’ve ever known. In addition to being one of my dad’s best friends, he helped me land a job at Sioux Valley Hospital and taught my oldest daughter how to drive. His smile and laugh will always be how I remember him. Wishing for comforting thoughts for all family and friends.

Thank you for your Military Service Dennis.

Sonja and Tanya and your entire family have our deepest sympathy.
What a wonderful man. We had many fun times, although sometimes we may have made some less than wise choices!! No matter what we were doing, our last conversation of the day ALWAYS came down to our kids and their families. VERY PROUD MAN.
Bless you all
Gary and Linda Croon

I have so many fond memories of your dad while growing up! He was not only an amazing father to you both, but also one of the best teachers, so many memories in his German classes. I feel grateful to have known him. Sending love and strength to the entire family during this difficult time. Love you!

Our thoughts and prayers are with you.
