Not sure what to say?

a very quiet friend at Kenmore East; competitor for the National Spanish Exam a few years running sorry i didnt get to visit him as a priest before he passed but i had difficulty locating him May Dennis continually rest in the peace of the Lord

Dennis and I had many competitive moments in our Spanish classes at Kenmore East. We challenged each other for 1st place several times on the National Spanish exam. Our Spanish teacher often cast us in the role of adventurer vs maiden who was enamored of him !! Our last day of high school, we spent talking about the skeleton in one of the science hall exhibits which was the closest we came to really acknowledging our fledgling feelings for each other. He will always have a place in my...

Dennis and I attended Spanish classes together at Ken East. We had a friendly competition for top dog in the classes and for National Competitions. He was a quiet young man, as shy as I was and i must say that the only long conversation we had was looking at the awards displays in the halls of Ken East on our very last day of senior year. i do remember a few laughs that we had during that last conversation and felt really good at that time and i think Dennis did too. So sorry i was...

I will really miss Dennis as a competitor and fellow grad. He was a really...

It is with sadness to write the words of condolence. Father Mende was a wonderful person to have known. Hearing his talks at mass were very up lifting. Father renewed our 50th anniversary vows and came to our party. Then years later, he also did my husband´s funeral 6 years ago. When it was possible to get to mass, it was lovely to be there and to see him. I have often thought of him and was unable to be there these last few years.
