Derek John "D.J." Erickson

We were at McGillicutty's in 2002 when Derek came up to us and said “Hey don't you live in my building?” Turns out we did and became fast friends, he helped up move twice and went to a bunch of Brewers Games. The last time we moved, he did too and we lost touch. We had some really fun times and will remember his name with a smile. With our deepest sympathy.

I love you, little brother.

DJ was a good friend. I worked with him for about a year at Steny's. He closed the kitchen most nights that I closed the bar and EVERY night after clocking out, he would stick around to help me close the bar. He house sat for me and took care of my dog. We lost touch after one or both of us left Steny's. I ran into him once after that and he looked great. I really regret not tracking him down and reconnecting with him. My condolences go out to his family.

DJ will be missed. The Erickson's were great neighbors to grow up with, the kids were almost the same ages as us [the Kearney's] and had many fun times. Lots of great memories. I'm so sorry for the Families loss and will say many prayers.

DJ used to live with us, he was a great friend.. we haven't seen each other in a long time but you will be missed man... my condolences to his family.

Dj was such a sweet guy. Although we lost touch after 10th grade I still remember what a fun loving guy he truly was. Prayers to the Erickson family.
