Derek E. Smith, 31, passed away on Friday, October 8, 2021 in Cincinnati, Ohio. He was born October 26, 1989. Devoted Daddy to a special beautiful little girl whom he loved and adored. Loving and beloved son to his mother and father. Cherished by his grandparents, extended family and friends.
Derek will always be celebrated by all who love him for his lively free spirit. He was skilled in carpentry, enjoyed taking a walk or bike ride side-by-side with his daughter, and spending time with his loved ones. Derek was loved and will be greatly missed by many.
Services will be private through Mihovk-Rosenacker Funeral Home.
