Mr. and Mrs. Jones,
My sister,Jacke, and I just learned about Derika's passing. What a shock. We have known her since she came to Bonita Bay and always enjoyed seeing her smile and hearing her stories. We had seats next to her and her fiancee at the FGCU basketball games and enjoyed the friendship there. We will surely miss her. Our prayers are with you.

We are so sad to hear of Derika passing so soon! We are members of Country Club of Naples and have known her for 4-5 years and just heard this weekend! She was such a joy to be around and always shared her nature shots with us because we have some of our own that we shared with her. She was such a joyful and caring person! We were truly shocked this weekend! Please know that she was loved and cared about in SWFL and will truly be missed!

Dear Kathy and Nick,
I am a member at Bonita Bay and just want you to know how much we will miss Derika. She was a breath of fresh air and always made us feel she cared about us. We certainly cared about her and I am so sad to know she wil no longer be with us. Yes, she always went out of her way to serve us.
