My sincere condolences to Derrik's family. Like many others, I knew Derrik when he worked at Western Electric, in their Bell Labs Fullerton office. He was a great guy - friendly, always polite, a quick smile, a great laugh, fun to be with. I was sorry to learn of his passing. Make the angels laugh, Derrik.

I am shocked to hear of Derrik's passing.
My sincere condolences to his family. He was very sweet and enjoyed life to the fullest. We met at Western Electric many years ago. He had a great smile and always made you laugh whether you wanted to or not. God must have needed another angel to liven things up in heaven . RIP my dear friend!
