Not sure what to say?

I have fond memories of Dexter, first as a child in Richmond VA and later at Mother Dot's and Aunt Deanie's house. I know he and my Dad, Harold V Joyner were close as cousins. Please accept our deepest sympathy.

Wanda and family -- my heart is full with memories of Dexter as an AARP volunteer. I remember so clearly how much he loved being part of the Voter Express bus tour to make people aware of the need to strengthen Social Security and Medicare. And he so richly deserved to be recognized with AARP's Andrus Award for his outstanding community service efforts. He was one of a kind, and we miss him.

He was a true gentleman. He will be missed by all of us.

You are all in our thoughts and prayers. We hope you can find some comfort in your faith. God Bless....

Mrs. Wanda and Family, truly we have lost a very good man. I have known him all my life and was blessed when our Grandchilren married. What a blessing he has been and William has always enjoyed and admired their conversations. May God give you all strength in the days and weeks ahead. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.

May God bless you and your family during this time of sorrow.

May your memories of the wonderful times you shared with your loved one comfort you and your family, today and always.

With deepest sympathy and condolences;
Rest in peace!
