Read MoreHe was such a sincere human, we all loved him at Clyde Cooper's BBQ. Everybody knew him or of him and always a good time was had by all at the restaurant. Folks would introduced themselves to him and he was always accepting of them interrupting the party going on at his table. He was sweet & funny. He was like family and we will sincerely miss him.

I have such fond memories of Dexter. He made me feel at home. He was so much fun to be around. He always made me and the kids laugh. Trips to Topsail with "Uncle" Dexter were so much fun. I am so sorry for his sudden loss. Big hugs to Mary.
