Diana was a delight to be around. She had a spirit of compassion and happiness that was just part of who she was. I have great admiration for Bill as a devoted caregiver to his sweetheart through the journey of dementia. My condolences to the family.

Diana was always smiling and kind while working the counter at RNO for UAL. She was especially helpful to annoying employees like me who were forced to beg the counter reps to write tickets for us. It was always embarassing to have to ask for this assistance but it was required in order to get passes in those "old days". She was always considerate and did not complain.
