Dear Dillon,
You are my best friend. Hearing of your loss all the way in Florida tore me apart. I spent all night and day crying over your loss. My only regret is not being able to see you both times i came to Florida. You were such a happy guy, always talking about the good, and making fun of the bad. I love you so much, you were going to be my best man when the time came. You still will be. Holly and Kelly, im so very sorry for your loss.

Rafael Ortiz, your best friend always.
