My thoughts and prayers are with all of you. I treasure all my memories of Dixie. She welcomed me from the the moment she first met me and always reached out to me. I remember her and Uncle Frank taking us out to the Red Geranium when I first came to Carmi and I remember just about every Ackerman reunion I ever attended-all fun and good times. Her graciousness was unparalleled. I can feel her warmth even now. May her love always come back to you the rest of your lives.
