Read MoreOne of my fondest memories, while visiting Uncle Clyde Smith in Reynoldsville, was horseback riding with Dixie. Too young to ride alone, she would place me on the saddle in front of her, and patiently walk around in circles to my delight. She was my heroine. May God comfort Dixie's family in their loss.

Dear Dixie's Family, I had many pleasures of fun times spent with your Mom and Dad in the Scouting program. They were kind, warm, generous and loving people. So sorry for your loss. Books will be donated to lending libraries in the Erie area in their names to benefit kids and express kindness in this world.
