Not sure what to say?

I have so many fond memories of “Grandma Dollie” I am not sure where to begin. Dollie and Leo and my grandparents, Bettie and Phil Smith were always friends as far as I knew and Grandma Dollie has always been a part of my life. As a child on Lopez Island with her and Grandpa Leo, I spent hours in her camper playing with Siam her beloved cat. When I was bored my brother and I would ride our bikes to her house just for a cookie and to visit. I always looked forward to the weekends were I...

I will always remember Dollie and the years we spent at Calvary Temple worshiping the Lord, at Bible study, working in the kitchen, and working at "we care". She added joy and showed love to those around.

One can only smile when Dollie walked in the room. I was one of many young women at Bellingham Beauty School, that had the pleasure of not only meeting, but spending every Friday morning with Dollie when I was a student. She will always hold a special place with me and I will cherish the blanket she crocheted me the Christmas of 2004. May she be as happy with the Lord now, as she was when she graced our presence everyday. With deepest sympathy and good memories. Amy

The loss of your Mother..brings a deep sadness to all those who knew her. I am Cis of Bellingham Beauty School, I have known and loved Dollie for over 30 some years. I treasured her every visit because she would always say "I love you, Cis" Dollie would always remind my students that I did her hair when I was in beauty school. I am very grateful for the special place Dollie has in my heart and life. Thank you for sharing her with me and the many students at Bellingham Beauty School.
