I just received the latest HCC Alumni magazine and of course, Dolores's name jumped off the page, bringing me back 45 years. From 1972-74 in the Environmental Studies Program at HCC the trio of Dolores, Jacqui LaBrie and Paula Champagne were inseparable! And what a time we had- studies, parties, dancing the night away at clubs, sleepovers, vacations, tears, cheers and BFF's. Sadly, we all went our separate ways after graduation and the magic was never, never to be recreated again.

I met Dolores in a swim group. We'd share funny stories about what our pet birds were up to. She was really warm and a joy to talk to. I'm really sorry to hear of her passing. Such a genuine lady, a real sweetheart. My condolences to her family--she'll be missed by so many.
