A neighbor of mine, and I used his services when I just needed a general practitioner. A very Christian man who certainly wasn't in practice for the money. His charges were almost hard to believe.

Don Follmer was a good friend - I met him when I joined the Lehigh Valley Harmonizers in 1997, and sang with Don in the quartet "No Time Flat," along with John Tobin and Willem Hordijk. We knew the name was a misnomer for we often went flat together, but nevertheless we thoroughly enjoyed singing together and performing for about 10 years throughout the Lehigh Valley. Many, many times we would appear for a performance and at the end, someone would come up to Don and greet Dr. Follmer. Seems...

I only knew Don as Gampa Follmer. I have fond memories of hanging in his rec room at the house on Beverly Ave while my mom visited with Karen & Gama Follmer. Usually after a visit to his medical office. I looked forward to going to see his barbershop concerts every year. He was a kind and gentle person, and he will be missed.

"A soldier has passed away today." You are now relieved from your post. A job well done fellow veteran. The final battle is now over and peace has been restored. America thanks you for your service to our country in the defense of freedom. We all are grateful for your stepping up to the plate when your country needed you the most.
