Chip was (is) an incredible person, loving and kind - always ready to give a helping hand. He collected good friends just by being who he was, a man who cared and loved generously. You got 100% of him. As a little boy, he was so endearing. He loved to talk. Once when he was staying with his grandaddy he stopped his chatter, and grandaddy asked him if he was through talking.
