Not sure what to say?

Dear Harriett and family,

I remain forever grateful to Don for his encouragement to me as a young land surveyor in training (many moons ago!). He was instrumental in getting me my first real job at the NCDOT in Charlotte where I was able to acquire much needed field work that counted towards my eventual licensure. My Dad, Gene Cox, also thought very highly of Don. I will never forget him, and how fortunate I was to have been one lowly recipient, among many, of his kindness.

Sorry to hear of Don's passing. Such good memories at many conventions at SCSPLS - he will be remembered at our upcoming convention at our General Membership meeting with a moment of silence and thoughts shared by members. Take care. Don's life was truly a blessing to many.

My heart is sad with the news of don's passing. He was a truly wonderful man and was glad I got to know him and all of your through first baptist church. My the Lord shower you with a peace and give your strength in the days ahead. Sending my love.

Harriett, Little Don, Judith and family: I am so saddened to hear of Don's passing. He was a kind and compassionate man that helped many young people in the community. My thoughts are with you all.

To Harriet and Don's extended family - I'm was deeply saddened to learn of Don's death. Please accept my deepest condolences and heart-felt sympathy. I'll always remember Don's presence at the NCSS meetings and how he was always up beat with a smile and something nice to say. I'm going to miss him.
