Dear Carr Family - I had the pleasure of working with Don at DOJ/ENRD. His contributions to the "Lands" Division are legendary. He was an intelligent, compassionate man who cared not only for the environment but his fellow man. He always had a smile on his face and a kind word to share. It was an honor to have known him.
