Donald Carrion Obituary

Donald Alan Carrion, 64, passed away on November 21, 2024, in Greenville, South Carolina. He was born in Fort Wayne, Indiana on February 23, 1960 to the late Isabel and Thelma (Shoemaker) Carrion. Donald graduated in 1978 from Elmhurst High School. He went on to work at General Electric where he eventually retired. Donald enjoyed watching sports and was a Komets devotee. He also enjoyed watching his nieces and nephews play sports throughout their lives. Donald is survived by his siblings, David E. Carrion, Barbara A. Fry, Beverly K. Hoban, Daniel P. Carrion, Dennis M. Carrion, Bonnie M. Freeman, Betty L. Gorney, and Brenda J. Reyes; many nieces and nephews; and many great-nieces and great-nephews. A graveside service for Donald will be held on Monday, December 2, 2024 at 11:00 am at Advantage Funeral & Cremation Services - Highland Park Cemetery, 2403 East Wallen Road, Fort Wayne, Indiana 46825.
