Dear Rachel, Sarah, Ruth and Carolyn, You have my sympathy on the passing of Don. I knew him first as my Latin teacher for six semesters. I learned that he and my brother Tom had been friends in high school, and I discovered that my niece Jen had done some babysitting for Don's daughters years later. Don was a friend when he was at UB in 1964 - 65. He was a lot of fun and had a great sense of humor. I think of him fondly.

Don was the administrator in charge of the former Sch75 which had become offices and a warehouse. When I was assigned to the building as the Chief Engineer, I was warned that he could be difficult to deal with. Yeah, right !! He was TERRIFIC . Everything you could ask for in an Administrator. Maybe the reputation was because his skill in putting a stuffed shirt in their place May you rest in peace, my friend. One of my favorite people from one my favorite assignments

To the Fabiano family . I was sorry to read about Don's passing. He and my husband Guy worked together at City Hall. Guy talked often about his fond memories of working together. Margaret Latona
