Not sure what to say?

I knew "the huttski" , in some ways few people might have not, i gave him that nickname and a few others. I sold cars with dh and way before that i would do a few trips to lake havasu waterskiing with rick brown and don. Those adventures were classics in alot of ways . Don and i were pretty close even though we didn´t hang much in boise. Every time we would run into each other it was a celebration . I think about him and rick alot and miss them so .

Oh, Great One, you don't ever leave my day. Always you are there in everything I do and say. I'm so mad I'm left here without you. See you soon, Bacher.

Got the car running. I cried the whole way thinking about you.

I grew up on Robertson Drive and Don was the stud of the neighborhood. I'll always remember him and Terry as the bros that could play some ball! Don was one of the nicest guys I know always giving you a smile when you met him. Steve Connor & I always watched him play football and were amazed at what he did on the field! Go Hutt buddy! RIP

I have many great memories of growing up with Don and the Hutt family. Playing soccer and football in the back yard on Hummel Drive, ping pong in the basement, the pigeons. It always frustrated me that I could never tackle Don! I was too little to play football at Borah, but enjoyed being a part of the team working in the training room with Mr. Headon....taped a lot of ankles. Don was an amazing player and a great friend. My heart goes out to the Hutt family.

I met Don at the "Camp of the Conifers" held by BSU in 1971. The camp was held at Bogus Basin. He was working the basketball camp under Bus Connors. He immediately took me under his wing and helped me in ways I never had a chance to express. In the coming years he was always there for me.
Years later I was able to teach his daughter at Mountain View
High School. She was a wonderful student and person.
I will miss Don...

The April 5 message is from Doug Thompson.

I just heard today of Don's passing. I grew up on Robertson drive and I was a classmate and team mate of Don and Ron from McKinley thru BSU. Don was also an avid hunter. On numerous occasions over in Notus or Parma area we would run into each other looking for birds to hunt. I also have fond memories when we played Optimist football and high school basketball trips. After college I moved to Washington and didn't have much contact with the twins. I will however cherish the times of our youth....

A MAN FULL LIFE..READY TO GIVE AND TAKE 100%, ... ONE HUNDRED PRECENT OF THE TIME.

In High School we were fierce sports competitors (Nampa vs. Borah)

As friends we learned to throw back a few at the Bronco Hutt or in McCall at the Mill...Winter or Summer, snowmobiling or water skiing..or picking up the Ol' football and throwing him a long bomb, my friend "Hutt" was always ready to have some fun, pushing the envelope to max... and with a big smile say: " We've been there, done...
