To the family of Dr, Don Joseph,
My name is Donald Andrew Bevirt, my father Don Bevirt was Dr. Joseph’s roommate at U of I. in the year before WWII and a fellow scout in troop 35, as was I. My father always spoke fondly of his trip to Nova Scotia that he and Don participated in during their scouting years.
I was saddened to hear of his passing when my aunt Joan Blank (Bevirt) called. She expressed a profound sadness at Don’s passing and since she is now living in the New Bern N.C. she...

I spoke to Dr. Joseph a few times over the years mostly by phone from the Department of Otolaryngology at Univ. of MO in Columbia. He was a very nice man.I have worked in the Department for 20 years/Adm. Assistant and came after he left. May your memories comfort you.
