Dear Kugath family. A fond remembrance of you is when we - The Barneys - were moving out in 1969 and Don was preparing breakfast omelets for all of us!! The filling was sour cream with green onion and ham! So delicious! I kept that menu item and use it often. I am still a widow but surrounded by family here in Farmington, Utah. I met Mr. Kugath only twice, but have had the opportunity to work with his son, Steve, for the past 12 years. If the phrase. "Like father, like son" is correct then Mr. Kugath was a great person.
