Not sure what to say?

Don & I were college classmates at Pennsylvania Military College in the early 1950's, were roommates for a few months in the Spring of 1952 and he would sometimes drive me to college, in his 1941 Ford baby blue coupe, since we both lived in Westchester County, NY then. Was captain of our college football team in his senior year of 1952-3. Delighted that he lived a long and full life surrounded by family and friends galore! Bon voyage old friend and save me a place in Heaven when it's time...

Don was my favorite customer at Mercedes Benz always enjoyed our conversations about life and happiness we have all lost a great man. I wish I was able to spend more time talking about BMW bikes and vintage cars. Deeply sorry for your loss

Don Jr and family: I knew your Dad briefly when he lived is South Portland. I enjoyed his tales and his willingness to listen to mine.

Don was a very special friend and we will miss our great times with him. He is at peace.

A wonderful individual, opinionated but respectful of all, a perfectionist, one who suffered fools not at all, one always knew where one stood with Don, so refreshing! A good friend whom it was our pleasure to know and embrace, in good times and troublesome ones - requiescat in pacem, Donald, my friend and keep on sailing with your beloved Susan!

I knew Don through the BMW motorcycle club. He was a wonderful person, well-liked, and well-respected. He provided me with my first interaction with a pit bull (Bozo). I remember him and Sue with great fondness and their love for each other was evident. I shall keep his family in my prayers.

Thank you for your service.

I am grateful to have known Don and his great big zest for the people, places and things he loved. May he "Rest" in peaceful zest.

Bon voyage to the Commodore! From Halcyon & Will Blake
