Read MoreTo the entire Miner family, I am very sorry for your loss. I've known Hubba for years as we did our sheriff's K-9 training for years at the fairgrounds. He was always quick with a handshake and smile and if need be, his opinion on anything. He was a very delightful man and always a great pleasure to be around.
