Dear Family,so sorry to hear of Donnie passing.Donnie was such a nice person and it was so wonderful when he joined the F.P.D.being a Frederick native himself.He was a great police officer (the best) It really nice to hear of all of the wonderful accomplishments he when on to do after his retirement with the F.P.D.We go back to the seventies,riding around town and having fun.Donnie was really a GREAT man.R.I.P.
