Not sure what to say?

Aunt Debbie,
I definitely have nothing but fond memories of "Monkey Don". I'm glad I got down to Fla for Jamie's wedding and was able to spend some time with him and ya'll not too long ago. I wish I weren't so far away so I could be there in person to give you a big hug. He was a really great guy and he will be missed.

Don was an amazing guy! He had a way about him that made you feel good and was fun to be around. He was a good father and husband. After Christmas, I was listening to this choir singing. It was the most beautiful music you could imagine. The choir sounded like heavenly voices. In the music these melodious seventh chords were being played. It was all I could do to take it in when all of a sudden, I thought to myself, "Don is listening to even a better choir singing. A host of angels,...

Deb - I thought alot about Don these past few months, memories of my dad and mom swirling around and their departure, he had the uncanny ability to make me laugh at the strangest things, you, Jamie and Jennifer were all so important to him and he to all of you.. bye Don...

It was so nice to see the wonderful turnout for Don's memorial service today. He definitely meant a lot to many people and I'm glad I had the opportunity to have him as my brother-in-law. I've really enjoyed hearing all the stories everyone had about Don over the past week, especially the one's about the dishwasher. (By the way Don....I loaded your dishwasher today and I purposely put things in the wrong way just so I could pick at you one more time haha) Several versions of dishwasher...

Aunt Deb - I have so many wonderful memories of time spent in Florida with you and Uncle Chewy. He will be greatly missed. My thoughts are with you in this time of loss.

Lots of Love Always,
Kelle

Aunt Deb, I can't begin to understand how you must feel but my heart and thoughts are with you.

A time like this is never easy. My sympathies are with you, as well as my prayers. May God grant you peace and love during this tragic time. Focus on the good times and memories, to help bring a smile. Don was such a great and funny guy. I enjoyed the times spent with him and Debbie at the football game parties at cal and jamies. I am priviliged that I got to meet Don.

Christmas will have even more meaning for all of us, Deb...maybe this is why he said as people were leaving - no matter what the time of year, "See ya, Merry Christmas!". You took such wonderful care of him and set an amazing example for all of us as life boiled down to its most precious element...and all you were left with with was the love...that's all we get to take with us...and Don did.
