So sorry to learn of the passing of Don Tidwell, condolences to the family. I was in the MHS Marching Band with Terry, sorry to learn of his passing as well. I have fond memories of the Burger Chef restaurant on Andrew's Hwy. in Midland where we would go for lunch break nearly everyday during school, Mr. Don always tolerated us kids with such patience. I always admired Terry and Sherry as they were very popular among the student body in high school. Prayers for comfort to you and your family...

I worked for Don in Midland when I was in high school and have very fond memories of him. Prayers for his family during this time.

I remember you all from the old Shamrock Lanes, when we were kids, and we would bowl, race slot cars, and play pinball machines when we were kids in the 1960s. He was an amazing man and so good to us in high school at his Burger Chef. So many good memories. Mike was in my graduating class 76 MHS

Burger Chef was my first job. Me,Joe Lawrence, Spider, Mother Mary ,Curtis,Dorothy all worked together making 15 cent burgers. I remember Don and his classic sideburns and perfect hair. He would come to the stores in his white and yellow MarkIV. Was a fun job. We started out at $1.00 an hr and proud to get it. Spent many of hours wIth Larry and Mike making burgers
