Not sure what to say?

May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow.

Peggy & I are so sorry for your loss. Donald & Billy were a big part of our lives back in the day. Jim Rigsby

I first met Don as young Jaycee more than fifty years ago when we´re both young men and I have followed his career through the PFD as he rose to his Captaincy. He was always looking to improve himself and was kind to those in service with him. My deepest sympathy to his family and friends who are grieving his loss. May he rest in eternal peace.

Met Don at fire dispatch office in 1970. Got me into Jaycees, then a very large group. Introduced me to my wife after a chance encounter at very small TCC bookstore. Helped him with algebra class. Hope you all have many memories to sustain you at this time just as I do. Dave Leonard
