Donna was preceded in death by parents as well as siblings Mary, Elaine, Pat, Hank, and twin brother Dick. 

She is survived by husband of 54 years, Robert; daughters, Sandra (Janice Loewen) Koppen and Stephanie Steinwedel; son, Charles (Francesca Morgan) Steinwedel; grandchildren, Laura, Natalie, Daniel, and Susannah; as well as numerous beloved family and friends. 

Donna was an active member of Calvary Lutheran Church of Golden Valley and the Rebecca Circle, a devoted MN Twins fan through good years and bad, and an avid Scrabble player. Her smile and big personality will be sorely missed.

Memorials preferred to the Minneapolis Pops Orchestra Association.

Grandma was really nice and had a great attitude on me. I loved it when she sang Do-Re-Mi, Beautiful Dreamer and Climb Evry Mountain to me at night, I really liked it. I loved it when she took me out for trick-or-treating while Mom was on bed rest for Susannah. She was a really good cook, her coconut oatmeal and chocolate chip cookies are so delicious and so were her Swedish meatballs and her friend Katies Burritos. So sorry to hear of Donna's passing. I will always remember our days in that wonderful neighborhood --her coffee pot was always on and her door was always open.

We are in our 80's and driving concerns kept us from the memorial--I would love to know more about where the kids are and what they are doing.
