Jerry, even with tears in my eyes I can see and hear Doris.....a fond *very fond* memory. Not anyone was worthy of 'my' Jerry but knew right away upon meeting Doris - the most excellent compliment to a man who embraces life. Deep condolences to you and even Marty, her absence will be felt but try to remember/celebrate her life as long and healthy. Xxxooo and more, Amy and Joel

I worked with Doris at the Shidler McBroom & Gates firm for many years. She was smart, fun and always, ALWAYS elegantly dressed. Years later, when my sister and her husband moved to the Kenwanda area, I discovered that Doris was Megan and Ted's next door neighbor. How wonderful it was to reconnect again! Jerry, we go back a long way. You were on Kenwanda when John and I moved in across the street. I too understand the pain of the loss of a precious husband, We are praying for comfort and peace for you. We look forward to seeing you the end of June.
