My first meeting of Doris could be described best as . . Jumping into a Freezing cold swimming pool in the middle of December . . . I though Who is this? , , with time, passion, love, and friendship she became my hero!

Doris I think of you often and miss you so much. Our talks and your words of wisdom meant so much to me. You were always there when I needed a ear. I bet your giving them heck up there ..I love and miss you

Alvin Cortopassi family...My thoughts and prayers are with you at this most difficult time. My deepest condolences in the loss of Doris. When I first met Doris. . . . I didn't realize I had grabbed a "Tiger by the Tail" . . . after the first few encounters it had become "Crystal Clear" that I had met a "truly dear and loving" friend with Passion and Vigor ! You have touched our family and will be in our hearts forever. . .

It was always a pleasure to meet and speak with Doris at Fox Bob Hope affairs. Her kind of enthusiasm is just what's needed in order to bring Downtown Stockton back. She will be missed.

I met Doris through my daughter Krystyn whom worked for Doris as her driver and house keeper before the pandemic. We attended a dinner in Linden with Doris and Alvin and sat at a large table table with her family and friends . She was the life of the party and was beautiful and elegant.
