It made me sad to hear of Doris' passing. We have lived in the same neighborhood since 1977. I can recall Doris being at the Trentwood Elementary School during recess time when I was a kid. I was blessed to be able to help her out with her daycare when she need to run the kids to school. Doris would have a gourmet homecooked lunch for those kids every day. I have my fond memories of her. My niece used to go to Doris' house to get her hair braided. Doris always did a great job on my niece as...
