Doris Irene Gerhardt

Doris and I were inseparable in our teens. I stayed with her every weekend after bowling in our Junior League. When my dad died before my 16th birthday, she made sure we had a sweet 16 together and bought me a dress for it. She was a good friend, wife and mother and I will always cherish those special memories. Rest in Peace Doris

Very sad to hear this. Doris was a great friend during our teens and early adulthood at Westlake Bowl in Daly City. She was part of the inseparable dynamic duo of Doris and Debbie M. Her best friend was Jim F. She was kind, and beautiful inside and out. I had the pleasure of meeting her son Bob when he worked at Canyon Market many years ago. We had lunch together years ago and she repeatedly expressed great pride and joy in all of her children. Great memories! My condolences to her...
