Dear Susan and Family, I want to Thank you so very much for calling me on July 7th with the so very sad news I feared had happened to my very dear friend Doris Lucki. She was to me, like my Dear Mother I lost in 1991. I could talk to Doris about anything and she always knew what to say to cheer me up. I will deeply miss her so very much now. Doris was my mom's (Helen Boss) best friend when they both lived in their condos in Ashland. They attended St. Ann's, and the Life Goes On luncheons together. I enjoyed Doris's company when I visited my mom - she was such a positive and high energy spirit. She always called me Chrissie, just like my mom. I last talked to her in January 2021 to let her know of my mom's passing. I wish I had called to check on her again, and I am sad to hear of her passing. But what a long, wonderful life...
