Doris was kind and friendly; she shared her banking knowledge with colleagues and treated everyone with integrity. I remember when she explained to me the difference between a savings and a certificate deposit. She guided me into getting more for my money. She cared. Doris was a good person. Doris was one of the original committee members who envisioned a reunion for PSJA Bears in Kerrville. It was indeed a pleasure to know her and work with her as the popularity of this event really "took off". She and the reunion have brought joy to several thousands of people in the last 20 years.
