My Dearest Sympathies,

Dorothy was my professor at RPI and loaded me up with the most important cases in preservation. Her dedication and love for the field gave me the energy and drive to stay in it. Her wit and charm was one of a kind. She will be missed.

Eternal thanks to Dorothy for always being there to shed the light.

Rennselaer BCON Class of 2005

Dorothy was beloved by her Preservation Law students in the graduate program in building conservation at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute's School of Architecture in Troy, New York. Her wisdom, insight, and patience brought her students to new levels of understanding of preservation issues and legal intricacies. She will be greatly missed.
