DOROTHY "JEAN" RICHMAN

DOROTHY "JEAN" RICHMAN, 88, died peacefully Wednesday, Jan. 11, 2023, at her home in Fort Wayne, Ind. She was born in South Rockwood, Mich. She married Eldon L. Richman on March 21, 1952 in Montezuma, Iowa. She is survived by her children, Craig (Mary) Richman, Curt (Jennifer) Richman, both of Fort Wayne, Ind., Teri Coe of Scott County, Tenn. and Phil Richman of Riverside, Iowa; seven grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren; brothers, Bill (Sharon) Peak of Iowa City, Iowa and Jack Peak of Montezuma, Iowa. Dorothy was preceded in death by her husband of 56 years, Eldon Richmond, in 2008; parents, James Peak, Oatley (Williams) Martin and stepfather, Bill Martin. Funeral service is 10 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 18, 2023, at D.O McComb and Sons Maplewood Park Funeral Home, 4017 Maplecrest Road, Fort Wayne, Ind., with visitation one hour prior. Visitation also from 5 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 17, 2023, at the funeral home. Private burial in Jackson Township Cemetery, Montezuma, Iowa.
