Dorothy Reddrick Rios, 92, died peacefully on Friday, May 3, 2013, after a brief illness. Memorial service: 2 p.m. Wednesday at St. Stephen Presbyterian Church. Burial will be private. Dorothy will lie in state from noon Sunday until noon Tuesday at Thompson's Harveson & Cole Funeral Home....
