Monica this is Mahala Avery in Russellville, Al. You came with her one time. I made a pineapple cake that you loved. Dottie was such a wonderful person my mom in Paducah called Dottie her adopted sister. I don't know what took her but heaven surely has a special angel. Love to all her family from us.

My family and I had the pleasure of knowing Dottie through my sister Johanna Davis, her sister-in-law. We spent time together at assorted family gatherings. But perhaps our fondest memories of Dottie was when we spent a week at Camp Katia with her. Her life stories were fun, genuine and never boring. We feel blessed for the times we spent with Dottie.
Our sincerest sympathy,
Bob and Jane Syperek and family

Dottie was a caregiver to my grandma. I had the privilage of getting to know her this past year. My grandma was in very good hands when she was with her. Those of us in the family never worried when dottie was "sitting" with grandma. My sympathy to the family of Dottie. She was an angel on earth. Peace be with you all.

Dottie worked as an occasional caregiver for my Aunt. That's how I met Dottie. She was a kindhearted, hardworking woman who took excellent care of my Aunt. Even though I only met Dottie a few times, she was an unforgettable person. There were no worries for my family when Dottie was caring for my Aunt. Dottie had some wonderful stories to tell. My condolences to her family at her passing. The world will be a lesser place without her. She was an Angel on Earth.

My family will always remember Dottie has a loving grandmother when she came to Virginia, the kids loved to share the outdoors with her, picking flowers and putting goldfish in the pond. We will miss her visits. Vickie, Brian, Robyn, Meagan, and Keya

I remember Dottie quite well from HK--we worked together, and she made the day so much more pleasurable with her wonderful personality. I am indeed saddened to hear of her passing. Sandie Rice.
