Douglas Braun Obituary

GREENVILLE -- Douglas E. Braun age 65 of Greenville passed away at 6:09 am Monday, September 15, 2025, at Allbridge Rehabilitation & Nursing Center in Columbus.

Douglas was born on September 22, 1959, in Greenville to the late Robert J. Braun & Norma L. (Cain) York. He was also preceded in death by his stepfather, Daniel Cooper; and sisters, Jeanne Meade and Cheryl Lipps.

Douglas is survived by his daughter & son-in-law, Ashley & Joel Harter; grandchildren, Autumn Konz and Leanna Hartzell; brother & sister-in-law, Robert & Susan Braun; and sister & brother-in-law, Jodi & Jake York.

Douglas retired from Rumpke.

A celebration of Douglas's life will be held at 6:00 pm Thursday, September 25, 2025, at Zechar Bailey Funeral Home in Greenville with Rev. Jim Morehouse officiating. The family will receive friends on Thursday from 4:00 to 6:00 pm at the funeral home.
