I worked as an inside loan officer for Aegis in 2004 and was lucky to have met Doug. He was such a positive, outgoing person. It was impossible not to smile while approaching Doug. Such a good person. God bless.

I am the father of Beth. Did not know douglas, but knew of him through Beth and Dave.I'm sure he will be sorely missed.

I will never forget Doug taking the time to cheer me up during my illness when he was fighting his own personal battles. He inspired me during my time of need. Doug will sorely be missed by all who were privileged to know him.

Few people in a lifetime leave the footprint that Doug Carroll leaves. A work associate, his overwhelming joy for life, optimism, and positive attitude was such that he was a person that inspired you to want to be better. I last saw Doug at Circle of Excellence in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico in February of 2006, as I only might see him once a year, we had some catching up to do.
