Douglas Carl Dowe

Dear Dowe Family, I celebrate the legacy of Mr. Dowe. My parents, "Bipp" & Irene, taught us to go to Mr./Mrs. Dowe if help was needed! You will always be lovingly in my heart. His flame still glows.

Mr. Dowe was my Principal at Lincoln Terrace back in the 1973 and was a very nice man, I also went to High School with his son Brian who was also very nice. Prayers for you and your family.Brian if you are on Facebook hit me up.

I am deeply saddened at the loss of my fraternity brother, and long time friend Doug Dowe. I shall miss him greatly. I will hold on to the fond memories we shared together. Bro. Herb Chappelle

I had the great pleasure of serving on the Board of the Salem Educational Foundation with Mr. Dowe and came to admire his sincere dedication to the education and general well being of all our students. He was always a gentleman and will be sorely missed.

May your hearts soon be filled with wonderful memories of joyful times together as you celebrate a life well lived.

You always brought laughter to all of our family functions. I will truly miss you cousin and I know Our Lord and Savior is waiting on you, as well as, the family. They are all waiting on your wit. Love you and we will see one another again.
