Dear Dowe Family,
I celebrate the legacy of Mr. Dowe. My parents, "Bipp" & Irene, taught us to go to Mr./Mrs. Dowe if help was needed! You will always be lovingly in my heart. His flame still glows.

I had the great pleasure of serving on the Board of the Salem Educational Foundation with Mr. Dowe and came to admire his sincere dedication to the education and general well being of all our students.
He was always a gentleman and will be sorely missed.
