Not sure what to say?

Doug was my friend/brother. After my own brother left for military service Doug would take me fishing, riding dirt bikes, or on some other adventures. I was 14 or 15 and Doug was the same age as my older brother 19 or 20. Doug would make time for me almost every weekend, he even bought a small Suzuki 90 so I could ride my own dirt bike, WOW! Doug had a heart of gold, just like his mom. Over the years I saw Doug offer his help or support to those around him, countless times, always sincere....

Fred and I are sorry for your loss. Doug is now at peace.

Remember the best times, the laughter, the song.
The good life I lived while I was strong.
Continue my heritage, I'm counting on you.
Keep smiling and surely the sun will shine through.
My mind is at ease, my soul is at rest.
Remembering all, how I truly was blessed.
Continue traditions, no matter how small.
Go on with your life, don't worry about falls
I miss you all dearly, so keep up your chin.
Until the day comes we're together again.

Sorry for your loss. He was a good man

My condolences to all of Doug's family. I fondly remember all the Hotalings from the old neighborhood on Pilgrim Road. Rest in peace, Doug.
