I would like to give my deepest sympathy to the family of my City of Tampa co-worker and good friend Doug Pierce. Doug was a very good, kind-hearted, smart and great Parks manager. I always enjoyed his good-hearted personality and outlook. Doug and I spent many days talking business in his small office at Lowry Park. I always enjoyed it and it was always productive. MAY GOD BLESS DOUG SOUL.

My deepest condolences to the Pierce family. May you find peace, strength, and comfort in knowing that Psalms 116:15 tells us how God feels about the death of loved ones.
