DOUGLAS RAMSEY

I was able to be out front of the court house here in Boulder City when Douglas returned from Vietnam. At the time, also being a Vietnam Vet myself, I wondered 'how can this man be smiling'? I got to know Douglas over the years and talk with him many-many times. We lived close together and he walked a lot so we got to chat frequently and he was 'always smiling'.
