I was able to be out front of the court house here in Boulder City when Douglas returned from Vietnam. At the time, also being a Vietnam Vet myself, I wondered 'how can this man be smiling'? I got to know Douglas over the years and talk with him many-many times. We lived close together and he walked a lot so we got to chat frequently and he was 'always smiling'. I enjoyed all the stories he would share and he liked that I rode with the Vietnam Vets M/C. He was a very interesting Man-very intelligent and would always stop and give you his time. These few words say little about Douglas but I will always miss Him. Thank You Brother.....Rest Well.
