Doug was one of the sweetest, nicest people ever! He was so loving and appreciative of Beverly. He was one of our biggest supporters and helpers for the yearly Rally Fore the Cure. He will be missed!

It was with a heavy heart I read Doug's obituary this morning. Doug was my partner for Sadie Hawkins tournaments at the Hills C. C. Because of his wonderful game, we always placed. I just tagged along.
Doug was a lovely man and a joy with whom to play golf. My deepest sympathy, Beverly, but with such a terrible disease for you both to fight, I know he's in a better place.
